‘Jengibre’ is ginger in Spanish. Ginger is fresh and healthy, just like our brands + products. We took the ‘bre’ off and pronounce it “jen-gee”.

Currently, we’re only shipping to the US and Canada. We hope to roll out to new countries soon - subscribe for updates to find out when we start shipping to you.

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $25. We charge a flat rate of $7 for US orders under $25. We charge a flat rate of $12 for Canadian orders. Please note, we are not responsible for customs/duty fees.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of being placed. Standard Delivery orders will arrive within 3-7 business days and Expedited Delivery orders will arrive within 2-5 business days.

When you place an order, you’ll receive confirmation and updates via SMS or email. To check on the status of your order, please refer to these messages. If you do not immediately receive an email notification confirming your order, please check your spam/promotions folder.

All orders are shipped in brown boxes made from recycled paper rather than white “virgin” paper. Our packaging tape is made from paper with a water based adhesive and can be recycled along with your boxes.

If you’d like to return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of placing your order, please email us with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return and we’ll take care of you. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, and we are not able to make any exceptions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for opened/used products, but please reach out if you have any product questions before placing your order. We're here to help.
