Founder Gloria Noto worked with many cosmetic brands through her years as a fashion and beauty makeup artist. She saw first hand how the majority of cosmetics were full of chemicals, fillers, and pollutants. So she went out to create products that reflected the changes she wanted to see in the industry. Not only in ingredients, but also in the visual identity of what wellness and beauty could look like. NOTO truly creates clean beauty for all people.
